Frequently Asked Questions

What does certificate verification do?

It lets you confirm that a CyberAlpha-issued certificate (for example a VAPT closure or assessment certificate) is genuine and matches our records, using the certificate ID or reference provided to you.

Where do I find my certificate ID?

The ID or reference is printed on the certificate document you received from CyberAlpha. Enter it exactly as shown to verify authenticity.

Why verify a security certificate?

Verification gives customers, auditors and partners confidence that an assessment was actually performed and that the certificate has not been altered or fabricated.

What does a valid result confirm?

A valid result confirms the certificate exists in our records and reflects the engagement it was issued for. It does not, by itself, imply anything about systems outside that engagement’s scope.

What if verification fails or I have questions?

If a certificate does not verify or you are unsure, contact us at contact@cyberalphacs.com and our team will help confirm its status.
